Egg Roll Recipe

Ingredients of the roll

Chapati or Paratha

½ medium onion

½ medium capsicum

½ carrot

1 teaspoon green chilli sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon butter

Some ginger

Salt as required

  1. Saute the filing for the roll

First cut thick slices of onion, capsicum, carrot, ginger. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and cook for a few minutes. Now add the meat slices and saute the mixture in hot oil.M

2. Make the omelette from the egg

3. Now place the chapati over the omelette

5. Add the filing and make the roll.

Serving 

Serve the roll with Tomato Ketchup.

 

Momo chutney recipe

Ingredients of momo chutney recipe

Dry red chilli

Tomato

Chopped Garlic

Virgin olive oil

Sugar as required 

Salt as required

How to make momo chutney

  1. Soak the dry red chilli in water for around 3 hours
  2. Boil the tomatoes for 5 minutes
  3. Remove the tomato skin 
  4. Chop the tomatoes, garlic  red chillies and put them in a blender for about  7 minutes
  5. Blend the mix till it forms a smooth paste
  6. Add some Virgin olive oil to the mix. Adding oil will make the chutney taste better.
  7. Add sugar if you want a good sweet taste. If you want it to be more spicier add more dry red chillies .

 

Chocolate Momo Recipe

Ingredients 

Few cups of flour 

Some  salt 

Water

Cup of dark chocolate 

Method

Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl. Slowly add water to make a soft dough.

Now divide the dough into small equal sized balls.

Now change the the shape of the  balls into small discs.

Now stuff each disc with chopped chocolates.

Seal the  disc completely

Now steam the momos  in a steel steamer for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Serve the momos warm

 

Paneer momo recipe

Paneer momos are not as popular as non-vegetarian momos. Most paneer momos are made with flavourful paneer stuffing outer covering dough is made with plain  flour. 

Ingredients

For dough 

Plain flour 

Salt as needed

Water as needed 

For Paneer filing 

Cup of grated paneer

Onion

Chopped Ginger 

Chopped Garlic

Chopped Green chili

Chopped onion

Little soya sauce

Little vinegar

Some Pepper

Salt as needed 

Dough Preparation

First  the dough is prepared by mixing maida, salt, and water. The dough is kept in a small container. 

 

Paneer stuffing preparation 

 

  1. Crumble the paneer  by using a mixer.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic, chilli,onion 
  3. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. 
  4. After that add the crumbled paneer and fry until the oil separates
  5. Keep stirring the mixture.
  6. Also add some chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 

 

Outer Layer Preparation

 

Add the dough from the cover and knead well. Divide the dough into many small disc shaped circles. 

 

Shaping momos

 

Now fill the small disc shaped circles with paneer filling ( see paneer stuffing ) and fold to seal the momo. Repeat this process with the other circle shaped small disc. Heat the momos in a steamer and steam for 5-7 minutes.
