INGREDIENTS
1 piece onion
1 piece ginger
1 piece garlic
2 piece Green Chili
2 piece Tomato
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Salt
5 tbsp Oil
Few Coriander Leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Fry four eggs in 2 tbsp of oil and keep it a separate bowl.

Chop the onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, tomato into small pieces.

Grind it in a mixer to form a paste.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Add the paste.

Add turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder to the paste.

Saute for 5 minutes till the mixture forms a golden brown color.

Now add the fried eggs to the mixture.

Add 2 cups of water.

Adjust the salt.

Cook in curry mode for 10 minutes

Garnish the curry with coriander leaves.

Serve with chapati or rice.
