INGREDIENTS
150 gram Gulab Jamun Mix
4 cups Water 250 ml is approximately 1 cup
3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1/2 cup water to the Gulab Jamun Mix ( 150 g )

Knead softly into a smooth dough

Apply oil on both palms and then shape it into 30 round jamuns.

Fry in oil on low to medium heat until golden brown

Drain excess oil and keep the jamuns separately

Prepare the sugar syrup by dissolving 3 cups of sugar in 3 cups water and boiling for 5 minutes. Add few cardamon to the syrup.(optional)

Soak the hot jamuns in the sugar syrup for 30 minutes
