Ingredients of momo chutney recipe
Dry red chilli
Tomato
Chopped Garlic
Virgin olive oil
Sugar as required
Salt as required
How to make momo chutney
- Soak the dry red chilli in water for around 3 hours
- Boil the tomatoes for 5 minutes
- Remove the tomato skin
- Chop the tomatoes, garlic red chillies and put them in a blender for about 7 minutes
- Blend the mix till it forms a smooth paste
- Add some Virgin olive oil to the mix. Adding oil will make the chutney taste better.
- Add sugar if you want a good sweet taste. If you want it to be more spicier add more dry red chillies .
